This is a joint project for our mechanical and electrical teams, working on 193 apartments in the heart of Stevenage. The development is a significant regeneration project, bringing new residential homes and community facilities around a central green space.
Our electrical team are working on 61 mixed tenure apartments in central Chelmsford. This project is in partnership with affordable housing provider Home Group and will provide one and two bedroom affordable rent and shared ownership apartments.
