A new project has been secured at Bury Street West with Hill. This will see our electrical team working on 50 houses of mixed tenure.
This is a joint project for our mechanical and electrical teams, working on 193 apartments in the heart of Stevenage. The development is a significant regeneration project, bringing new residential homes and community facilities around a central green space.
Our electrical team are working on 61 mixed tenure apartments in central Chelmsford. This project is in partnership with affordable housing provider Home Group and will provide one and two bedroom affordable rent and shared ownership apartments.

We have been working with Hill on Appian Court; a mixed site of social and shared tenure units. This development consisted of 60 apartments, which is now nearing completion. Here you can see a social bathroom, which has been designed to the Sterling specification. The contrasting colours help people living with Dementia.

We have recently been working with Hill Partnerships on their development at Marleigh Wing. Our site supervisor, Ross, has been going through all of the final checks in the plant room, before completion.
