Countryside Properties, Ashmere, Ebbsfleet

We are delighted to be working with Countryside Properties on their new development in Ebbsfleet.

This includes a mixture of houses and apartments, with 281 plots. Ashmere will be built with a modern interpretation of the UK’s garden city heritage. With fantastic transport links and a range of services nearby, this is the perfect location for families and commuters. 

The Garden City will be the first in a generation of new sustainable places which inherits an industrial legacy of gorges, bridges, and tunnels linking former chalk quarries to create a new civic community.
