Our M&E small works team have worked hard to complete the full mechanical and electrical installation at St Clare’s Nursery, Clacton on Sea, ready for the new term to begin.
A Mitsubishi Electric Air Source Heat Pump provides a warm and comfortable space with the use of underfloor heating from WMS as well as providing domestic hot water.
The building’s low carbon and sustainable credentials are further enhanced with the use of naturally ventilated heat recovery units from Breathing Buildings which ensure year-round fresh air for the occupants. Roof mounted PV panels supply power to the building to reduce its long-term carbon footprint even further.
