Our mechanical and electrical teams have been working at Sorrell Way; an over 55 development consisting of 93 apartments and some communal spaces.
The photo shows mechanical pipework installation in one of the long corridors, which feeds the HIUs, boosted water, communal heating, sprinklers and hot water service to communal areas. In the other photo, pipework can be seen entering an apartment complete with insulation and fire stopping by an accredited third party.
